This cozy Catskills kitchen was designed to be the heart of a renovated Airbnb retreat. By combining Semihandmade’s DIY Shaker fronts (painted in Farrow & Ball’s Stony Ground) with IKEA Sektion cabinets, the space feels custom without breaking the budget.

We opened up the ceilings to make everything feel bigger and brighter, then added walnut butcher block countertops and warm lighting from Triple Seven Home to keep it inviting. The mix of clean lines and rustic touches strikes the perfect balance of practical and charming.

It’s a kitchen that makes you want to gather everyone around for a home-cooked meal.
